THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is shoddy, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd acquired something decent instead. S
